THE INTERIOR
The main entrance, from which you can admire the countryside view and the swimming
pool, introduces you to the OPENSPACE. This space includes a relaxation
area consisting of a large sofa, an armchair and a set of tables, dimmed lighting and
magazines will make the moments spent inside Casa Zeli more pleasant. A flat-screen TV and small library are included and, on
request for gaming lovers, the possibility of installing a ps4 console with a simulator.
The KITCHEN is equipped with everything needed for cooking and for table setting: induction hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, microwave oven,
toaster, food processor and a retro-style freestanding refrigerator with a
freezer compartment. A large solid wood table with industrial-style will
allow you to enjoy the optional in-home
chef services and cooking classes. Adjacent to the living area, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Continuing we enter into the
bedroom area consisting of TWO ROOMS.
THE PAVONE ROOM is the
master room and has a private bathroom with a shower. Double bed 160x200 with a
breathable Memory mattress with seven comfort zones and cotton bed linen for a
regenerating sleep. Two bedside tables
and a large wardrobe complete the room. Thanks to a French window, you can
directly reach the garden or the pool from the room.
THE BAMBU' ROOM is
the second double room with an adjacent bathroom. This room can be transformed
into two single beds 80x200 on request with breathable Memory mattresses with seven
comfort zones and cotton bed linen for a regenerating sleep. Two bedside tables
and a wardrobe complete the room. Thanks to a French window, you can directly
reach the garden or the pool from the room. The bathroom in this room is shared
with the living area.
PRIVATE POOL AND GARDEN
A large fully-fenced lawn
surrounds Casa Zeli. The area overlooking the pool is shaded thanks to
cooling shade sails with a contemporary design. Here you will find a table
and chairs for outdoor dining while enjoying the view of the surrounding
countryside. A small lounge seating area leads to the pool. A BARBECUE at your disposal for succulent grills
3.5 x 10 meters biund in-ground SWIMMING POOL, solar shower and large sun TERRACE furnished with sun loungers, deck
chairs, tables and umbrella complete the outdoor area of the house in Tuscany.
